JinJoo Cho & Friends, Chamber Music Residency


The Suzuki Association of Hawaii, Hawaii ASTA and Iolani School are pleased to join forces in presenting the week-long residency ENCORE Chamber Music and Violinist JinJoo Cho from January 13-19, 2018. JinJoo will present a class for teachers on Saturday, highlighting points of popular student violin concertos.

She and her colleagues will also be presenting student masterclasses on Monday January 15 (MLK Day) for violin, viola and quartet.

On Friday, January 19, the artists will offer their grand finale, a Quartet Recital at 7pm. The program will feature string quartets of Beethoven Op. 18 No. 1, Philip Glass No. 3 and Smetana.

For admission to one or more events, a FAMILY PASS of $25 must be purchased. SAH member discount is $20/ pass. Please see your teacher for passes.
